Identifying organizational factors affecting the empowerment of teachers from Islamic perspective

Abstract

The present article is a comparative study based on extensive theoretical background of experts' approach in Islamic and educational science relevant to organizational factors affecting teachers' empowerment. Using a variety of descriptive, analytic, and statistical studies including the verses of the Holy Quran and authentic traditional books in Educational Science and Islamic Studies prove giving weight to dimensions such as formulating instructional goals, having access to resources and information, articulating organizational structures, providing job opportunities, and evaluating performance can be effective factors regarding the empowerment of teachers in educational science. Whereas according to Islamic principles and approaches which is different from western countries, observing certain criteria in participative management and taking into consideration the motivation, commitment and specialization of the members in performing their duties are among the effective organizational factors
