Keramat Plan is an important experience in value education in formal and general education system in Iran. But it was not taken into consideration carefully. In this essay, this experience in moral Education has been criticized. Descriptive- analytical Methods has been used for this study. In first, theoretical framework of Keramat plan—aims, content, method and material – have been analyzed. Secondly, Based on that analysis, weak and strong points have been recognized. This critical study finds out some strong points such as considering the theological culture of society context, emphasizing on internal motivation, planning semi-independent curriculum for moral education, organizing value concepts, and using the educational role of teacher for moral education. On the other hand the weak points included lack of specified theory and lack of explanation for the existing order of provided values.
دراسة ونقد الإطار النظری لبرنامج التکریم فی المرحلة الابتدائیة

یعتبر برنامج التکریم من أحد التجارب الهامة فی مجال التربیة للقیم فی النظام التربوی الرسمی والعام فی ایران؛ رغم هذا، لم تتم الدراسة الدقیقة حول هذا البرنامج کما یستحق . والمقالة هذه تستعرض التجربة الهامة فی التربیة الأخلاقیة؛ فیقوم فی ضوء منهج التحلیلی الوصفی بتحلیل الإطار النظری لهذه الخطة فی أربع مکوّنات: الغایات والمضامین والمناهج والمواد؛ ثم علی أساس هذا التحلیل یتم التعرف علی قسم من ایجابیات البرنامج و سلبیاته . هذا العرض یشیر إلی بعض ایجابیاته و هی: الاهتمام بثقافة المجتمع الدینیة، والترکیز علی البواعث الداخلیة، والتخطیط لشبه برنامج دراسی مستقل للتربیة الأخلاقیة، و تنظیم مفاهیم القیم وتبویبها، والتمتع باستیعاب المعلمین ودورهم التربوی فی التربیة الأخلاقیة. و یتطرق الی بعض سلبیاته وهو: افتقاد المبانی النظریة المصرحة وعدم وجود التبریر للنظام الموجود فی القیم المعروضة.
