The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the spiritual leadership with the self-efficacy of Shahre Ray’s high school managers and staffs. The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population consisted of high school managers and staffs in Shahre Rey. The sample in this study was randomly selected based on the sampling table Bola (1970) of 248 persons (151 female and 97 males). For data collection, two questionnaires were used: 1) spiritual leadership of Fry (2003) and 2) self-efficacy of Scherrer (1982). The Pearson correlation coefficient and T-test were used to analyze the data. Results showed that moral leadership had a significant positive relationship with the self efficacy of managers and employees. Also, the over look of love of altruism, faith in work, organizational membership, organizational commitment, significant improvement in work productivity showed a significant relationship with the efficacy. In addition, the findings showed that the mean scores of spiritual leadership and efficacy in women managers and employees was significantly higher than male managers and employees. It can be said that spiritual leaders by creating a supportive atmosphere seeks to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the organization and staff go for their self-education.
