The purpose of the present research was to extract the implications of the theory of nature Fetrat in the educational system of Islam. One of the important necessities for Islamic theorizing in the field of education is theorizing on the basis of Islamic principles. The theory of " Fetrat " is one of the major Islamic anthropological theories, which have a special quality for mankind. The method of this research was based on the method of Religious Ijtihad which has three basic steps: 1. Research of all resources related to the research problem; 2. Selection of definite or preferred meaning by measuring the semantic features of the text and sufficient evidence and reasons; 3. Conditional discovery by using reasoning and using logical and analogical forms. "The benefit of all educational traits of divine nature," "the vote for the ability of all human beings to grow up," "validating some of the educational differences of individuals," the possibility of the association of individuals with the language of nature, "the innate knowledge of relationships among humans," the intrinsic communication of individuals. In the religious language, "the basis of the survival of educational circles on the innate part" is one of the bases that have been deduced from the theory of nature using the method of Religious Ijtihad and based on this, implications such as "attention to gender in educational policy", "attention to Specific Nature "," Focusing on the Overwhelming People", "Attention to Specific Ages", "Educational Relationship of Religion" instead of the law of axis "open door policy thinking, and therefore on the basis of educational theory, have expressed.
