The purpose of this study is to "evaluate the performance of third year high school students in the dimensions of religious (Belief training, worship) and moral education based on the indicators of the Development Document" (1398). Its research method in terms of purpose, "research and development"(R@D); In terms of data collection, it is descriptive-cross-sectional and pre-implementation evaluation. n1)=902 (self-assessment) people and n2=901 = (peer-survey) people and N= 1,110,016 people and the sampling method is a multi-stage cluster and both instruments have all types of validity and reliability at the rate of α=0.964. The process of doing work begins with determining the dimensions, components and indicators of religious (Belief training, worship) and moral education from the perspective of education experts and then the status of religious (Belief training, worship) and moral education of students from their own perspective and that of peers and administrators. And the amount of quantitative and qualitative data agreement in the alignment scheme was obtained. Students from all three types of education in all four areas of cognition, orientation, will and practice got Scores in the range0 to 20 of Belief training (16-16,8±3,5), worship education (16,6-170±2,5) and moral education (15,7-16±2,4). There was no significant difference between religious and moral education of girls and boys. Compared to 95% confidence, the schools of the provinces of South Khorasan, Bushehr and Mazandaran, Hamedan and Tehran, respectively, have higher religious and moral education, and schools deprived of religious and moral education are mostly more deprived.
